For busy modern families, Sweet Pea Yoga provides a centered, joyful space where parents and kids can tune out the noise and tune into each other. For over a decade, MetroWest parents and children have embraced Sweet Pea’s classes as a memorable and beloved way to learn yoga, have fun, and stay active.

Classes are intimately sized, never intimidating, and grouped into two distinct programs:

Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Tykes/Little Familiesfor children ranging from two- to five years old.

Sweet Pea KIDS Yoga: enables older children (ages 4½ to 12 years old) to independently develop their yoga practice in a peaceful and fun-loving way .

At Sweet Pea, no prior yoga experience is required and all abilities are welcome.

If your family is looking for a down-to-earth and welcoming community where your relationship to yoga and each other can grow, Sweet Pea Yoga can provide you the foundation you deserve.

Alexandra De Collibus is certified in all levels of IBY — Babies, Tots, Tykes and Little Families (sibling) and is certified in EmPowered Kids Yoga — a foundational yoga program for "big kids". Sweet Pea Yoga classes are currently being offered in Hopkinton, Westborough, and Framingham, MA
